Dr. Eric Coleman
MBA, M.Ed, M.Psych 

Dr. Coleman is a seasoned U.S. Navy veteran with over 20 years of experience in the food service industry. A certified chef through the American Culinary Federation, he has worked across a variety of sectors, including fine dining, K-12 education, higher education, the military, contracting, and healthcare. Currently, he serves as the Director of Nutrition Services for Alexandria City Public Schools in Alexandria, VA. Additionally, Dr. Coleman is a professor at the University of the District of Columbia specializing in business development and operations. He is a certified instructor and proctor for the National Restaurant Association’s SERVSAFE certification program. Dr. Coleman holds a doctorate in educational leadership, as well as master's degrees in training, business administration, and psychology, along with a bachelor's degree in operations. He is also the author of three published works.
