Discovering How to Show Up and Engage in Relationships
Sessions are Customizable!
Self Reflection
That is just who I am”. This mindset of thinking is a complete and utter cop-out and an unwillingness to evaluate who you are; better yet it’s an outright abandonment of individual responsibility and personal accountability.
Leadership
Your leadership directly impacts, correlates, and influences the outcomes of your team and their performance. Your behavior, communication style, and emotional responses all play a role in shaping your team environment. Self-awareness is key to recognizing your patterns, strengths, and areas for growth to build healthier relationships that foster trust and mutual understanding amongst your team
Engagement
The way you communicate, listen, and respond can shape interactions and relationships. Gaining insight into your engagement style helps you identify strengths and opportunities for growth. By being intentional and self-aware, you can foster meaningful connections, build trust, and create positive experiences for those around you.
Expectations
Are your expectations reasonable and obtainable? Goals, desires, aspirations and healthy relationships are all achievable however, if they are prefaced with unrealistic expectations, the road towards these things can and will be extremely cumbersome.
How I Think
Do you understand how you think and how your past experiences shape your life today? Our thoughts and behaviors are often influenced by the lessons, challenges, and environments we’ve encountered. Reflecting on these experiences can uncover patterns, beliefs, and biases that guide how we navigate decisions, relationships, and opportunities. With this awareness, you can intentionally shape your path forward
Reality vs Perception
Does your perception about others and you align with reality? YOU are not always RIGHT, and the other person is NOT always WRONG. Do you create false narratives to justify your feelings, thoughts, and emotions?
Communication
The effect of unproductive communication is lack of buy-in of the relationship which stifles growth, trust, openness and vulnerability.
Listening
Do I truly listen to understand, or am I just waiting for my turn to speak? Do I dismiss parts of a conversation that seem irrelevant to me? Don’t overlook the core message by clinging only to what feels familiar.
Relationship Cultivation
Building strong connections requires empathy, active listening, and consistent effort. It’s about creating mutual trust, showing genuine care, and investing time in others. By being intentional and fostering open communication, you can nurture relationships that thrive and stand the test of time
