Dr. Eric Coleman, MBA, M.Ed

Dr. Coleman is a veteran of the U.S. Navy with 20+ years’ experience in Food Service. He resides in Virginia with his lovely wife and two amazing sons. He is a certified chef with the American Culinary Federation. He has worked in sectors such as fine dining, K-12, Higher Ed., military, contracting, healthcare, and church ministry. In his current role he serves as Director for the Office of Nutrition Services [Alexandria City Public Schools] in Alexandria, VA. Dr. Coleman is a professor at the University of D.C., and instructor/proctor with the National Restaurant Association | SERVSAFE certification program. He also serves as COO for Future Kings STEM Academy. He holds a doctorate in educational leadership | master’s in training | master’s in business administration | master's in organizational psychology and a bachelor’s in operations. Dr. Coleman is the author of 3 literary publications, a content creator, public speaker, and is a sought-after consultant for organizational growth and relationship development.
