Our Philosophy, Methodology and Approach
In alignment with the book written by Dr. Eric Coleman "Paradigm: Thinking Different about relationships", 1 on 1 or group coaching sessions are all about YOU, not the other person. No matter if it's from a personal, professional, organizational or place of worship perspective; we can only change ourselves. Are you aware how others view you? Our specifically crafted workshop/session guides participants in self-reflection exercises in efforts to become aware of how they show-up and engage in everyday relationships. As we think about "how we think" and unpack factors that contribute to the way we engage others, Participants will begin to identify their level of self-awareness and compare perceived assumptions versus reality. Participants will be exposed to relationship building and engagement strategies that will aid in routine self-reflection, understanding how they show-up and engage in everyday relationships, cultivation of healthy environments, and best practices to intentionally foster positive relationships.
